Fresh produce is perishable, and you agree to inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:

  • Quality Issues: If you receive produce that does not meet our quality standards, contact us within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund
  • Incorrect Orders: Wrong items will be replaced at no extra cost
  • Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns for change of mind due to the perishable nature of our products
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

7. Discount Codes

Discount codes are subject to availability, expiration dates, and specific terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel discount codes at any time. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Misuse of discount codes may result in order cancellation.
